[SCA-Dance] Foreign cheques for Known World Dance

ACCEPS. It's pretty much the only good way. All American banks charge
unreasonable fees for any foreign transaction.

The other way is to not require foreign attendees to pay in advance.
I'm attending an event in Frankfurt next weekend that way. Europeans
have a relatively easy time paying each other, not so for the lone US
attendee!
