We do a number of demos here where we do a couple performance dances
and then invite the audience to do a few dances with us.  "Maltese" is
one of those that we usually use.  Children are usually the ones being
brought up to dance, and they do really well with it.  New Boe Peep on
occasion.  I'd have to ask about the other standards.
