The Renaissonics* put out an album a few years ago called "Carols for
Dancing"**, which tends towards traditional XMas music, but might have
some useful tracks in there for you.
One note, they do have Official Bransle there, but the last repeat they
improvised a bit the repeats a bit. I have used it as "listen to the
musicians" practice, but you want to know that it's going to go a bit off
