I think what would have been most helpful for me would be a translation of the meaning of the steps added in somewhere.  I don't know the terminology, and this is a dance I really want to learn.

Footwear is hardest of all.  Does anyone have any sources or ideas for
appropriate footwear for 16c Italian dance?
