[SCA-Dance] SCA Created Dances

The music for "Entre Courante" and it's relative "Ann's Courante" is a
medley of two of the courantes found in Terpsichore.  According to the
notes in "Early Period and Popular Dance Music, the choreography is by
Bohemund von Greifshafen.
