[SCA-Dance] remove from list

Greetings!

I happy to announce that we have a dance in Blak Rose.  I have forwarded the list information to the Lady in charge. 

I have tried several times to remove my name from the list. I click on the link and go through the steps but it doesn't seem to work. 

Could the moderator please remove me from the list.
