[SCA-Dance] Crystal Ball?

Since this list defaults to the individual poster, I can't tell whether anyone ever answered this question.  Crystal Ball is hosted by the Barony of Shattered Crystal in the Middle Kingdom.  It is a local event, although it draws from the Middle, Calontir and parts beyond.

Which Kingdom hosts the Crystal Ball?  Is it considered a kingdom-level or kingdom-guild-sponsored event, or a local event?
