[SCA-Dance] Arbeau online (was Haut Barrois branle)

For those that may not be aware, there is a full facsimile of Arbeau's
_Orchesographie_ online at the Library of Congress website. To get to
it, go to: http://memory.loc.gov/ammem/dihtml/dihome.html

and click on the Browse by Author link. Click on the first sub-section
(Adams, R.A.) and Arbeau's name is on the list you get. Click on it,
and then click on the small image of the title page to get to the TIFF
viewer. Page 73 will get you to "B. du hault barrois" (the pagination
is considerably different from the English translation)

This way you can see not only the original dance directions (as
reproduced in modern French in the Dover edition of _Orchesographie_)
but also the full original text.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled dance discussion,
already in progress :-)
