Hello Pennsic-goers.

Yes, Lynnette and I would like to coordinate the floor for another
year (this should give me a chance to actually get around to finishing
fixing up the document with notes we made last year).

If Margaret is interested in being a part of it as well, we would
appreciate any help we can get. Basically, we plan to get some new
paint this year (that should work outdoors) to finish some new squares
and touchups (and I think Lynnette may paint another side of our music
box, if we have a chance).

It would also be good to have a possible backup for the
deconstruction. We will be there for building it, which is the time
consuming part, but for takedown there is a slim chance we might not
be able to afford the time, as we are planning on going to Seattle for
KWDS, the weekend after my brother's wedding out in Calgary. But we
will be able to give some notice on that before Pennsic (I expect we
will make it for both ends of the floor).

Other than that, I would just like to thank everyone who helped us
last year. I appreciate those who brought power tools, and we will
make certain to get the word out on the exact teardown schedule a few
days before the last Friday this coming Pennsic (we will probably go
with the same plan as last time, as it was efficient and worked well,
so right after the last class we will start the sweeping, cleaning,
and unscrewing with the power tools. Then we will get the main body
of people out about 1.5 hours later, give or take.)

See you all next Pennsic, or in Seattle, or at Terp, or even sooner at
Step Spritely (Silk Slippers and Crossed Swords) way up here in Canada
on Feb 17 (http://www.brokenrobot.net/ss/)

Darius and Lynnette
