<div dir="ltr">Greetings heavy fighters.  This Sunday's practice will be moving to the Environmental Charter School, 829 Milton Ave, Milton Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15218.  The Barony Meeting will be held at 1:30, with practice to begin at the conclusion of the meeting.<div><br></div><div>We're going to add some more structure to practice so that it is more conducive to learning.  Please be in armor by 2:15.  We'll warm up with a footwork drill, followed by some stretching.  Later on in the practice we'll do a mini-class on developing speed in our techniques.</div><div><br></div><div>See you all there!</div><div><br></div><div>Isenwulf</div></div>
