[SCA-BMDL] ELECTION UPDATE: Ballots to be Mailed and Tally Date Set

Salve Accolens! Hello Debatable Lands!

We have gotten a usable address list from Corporate, and we will be mailing
the Baronial election ballots later next week. You’ll hear from us again on
the day they’re mailed.

The election results will be tallied at an extra Barony Meeting, to be held
Sunday, April 2nd, at 4pm at the castle of Duke Byron and Duchess Ariella
in Wexford. Many thanks to them for their hospitality!

Completed ballots, sealed in their provided envelopes must be IN HAND by
4:30pm on Sunday, April 2nd, mailed or handed to Baron Brandubh.

The March Social Meeting and Guild Hall will still happen on March 5th at
the Rose Barn in North Park (see FB event or blog for more info), but the
election results will NOT be tallied March 5th.
