[SCA-BMDL] Pennsic University Classes

It seems like classes you may have registered to teach in 2020 or 2021 
are **not** automatically carried over to this year's Pennsic. They are 
available in thing.pennsicuniversity.org if you still want to try 
teaching them, but you have to go in and Request them.

If you have not logged into your Pennsic U Thing account recently, there 
are a number of new policy acknowledgements you must complete before you 
can continue.
