We are not allowed to host documents with people's personal information on an official SCA website unless we get written permission from everyone on the list. Some of the people on our list may not be easily available any more, not to mention that there are over 300 of them. So they have to be hosted privately.

Ugh. I couldn't find any settings to let people access it without logging in.

The link on the Barony website is to the old URL, which I think is redirecting to the new one.

If someone else has more experience with the new Google Sites (which I've been resisting until they forced me by making the old site uneditable), assistance or advice would be appreciated.

If this can't be resolved, I may just set up a Wordpress site. Sigh.

If you navigate there from the barony site, to the dark pages intro page from the menu, and click on the dark pages link it will open without a password. However, if you use the link you provided in the e-mail, you have to enter a google user id and then login.
