[SCA-BMDL] Fight practice, November 21

Good morning,

As requested by Guillaume, I have been asked to make a call whether to hold
practice at Washington Blvd today. The weather forecast has not changed and
is calling for rain beginning soon and lasting all afternoon. Factoring in
the cold, I am making the call to cancel practice, along with the Solar and
Lunar Stellar Tournaments today. Those will be rescheduled for a later
date. Everyone stay warm and dry.
