[SCA-BMDL] [ANNOUNCE] [ADMIN] List move

  Moving the list to google groups.

You might get a notification that you are subscribed to the list
It's going to take a couple days to move everyone as there is a limit per
day.
A couple of folks have set something up where they cannot be added to the
list.
Once i've moved everyone, I'll send a message both here and there.
if you don't get both, you were one of those people and will need to add
yourself directly if you wish to remain on the list.
