[SCA-BMDL] Happy 47th Birthday, Debatable Lands!

In further celebration of our birthday, Baroness Hilda is organizing
another flag buy!

This is not official (just personal arrangements) and completely separate
from the SCA, Inc., and its finances.

Folks can put in an order to buy a flag with Baronial or Kingdom populace
device (or both!), any shape or size, in a bulk buy from a merchant. Less
than $25 each (price dependent on size), mundane materials and
construction. Contact the Baroness (me) directly for details!
