Greetings from Myfanwy!
I need to be rescued from stupid people on the Internet.  (By which I mean “willfully ignorant”).  And the occasional person who can’t follow basic instructions (like someone from a doctor’s office calling Alastar back on the house line instead of his cellphone, and ALSO apparently on speaker at that because half the message was too quiet to be understandable — being the “call us back at this number” part…. [insert facepalm .gif here].  But otherwise things are okay.
