[SCA-BMDL] A Day of Story and Song: Performing Arts in the Castle on March 7th, 2020

Greetings Good Gentles!  Now on the AEthelmearc Calendar and Facebook, here is the Event information:
Date: March 7th, 2020

Event Description:
Please join us in the castle for a day full of performances and classes!  All who would entertain with singing, storytelling, or music are welcome to perform, as are gentles who would enjoy their artistry. Improve and learn new skills in classes in the Bardic arts.  Enjoy excellent acoustics, musicians' galleries, and an indoor performance site.  On Saturday March 7th, 2020, the castle will open at 9am with festivities ending at 9pm.  This is a wet site - bring libations for a Brewers' Roundtable organized by Lady Alysoun of the Debatable Lands (alisonlsteele(at)gmail.com). Please contact Performance Coordinator Brehyres Gwendolyn the Graceful (gwenlygrace(at)gmail.com) or Class Coordinator Mistress Arianna of Wynthrope (ariannawyn(at)gmail.com) for details on performing or teaching a class.
Hosted by the Barony Marche of the Debatable Lands, this is a free event.  Lunch should be reserved with preregistration for $4 per person ($2 for kids ages 6-11, 5 and under free) but a limited number will be sold at the door for $5 (kids $3). Please contact Lunch cook Lady Arthes MacLeod (arthesofbmdl (at) gmail.com) with dietary questions.  Feast must be reserved in advance, first-come first-served, for $14 per person ($10 for kids under 11).  Feast cook is THL Deidre of Clan Scot (deirdrescot(at)outlook.com or 585-596-9417, no calls after 10pm.) She will entertain your palate with delicious cuisine; see if you can identify specialty ingredients imported from Europe!
Your autocrats for the day are Countess Sir Ariella of Thornbury and Earl Sir Byron of Haverford, mka Cara McCandless and Char Branstetter. Because the event is free, there is no member discount.
