Just an FYI from your regional exchequer. Raffles, 50/50's, or any games of chance are not allowed per Corporate at events. Silent auctions or gift exchanges and such are acceptable.

Thanks,

Hey if it's not too late I'd like to raffle off 5 dozen holiday cookies to be delivered at the time of their choosing between December 8th and Jan 15th. I can meet any dietary restrictions requested, otherwise it will be an assortment.

In Service,

Greetings, wonderful folks of the Debatable Lands! As you may know, the Barony had to spend a large amount of cash on a new trailer for storing Pennsic stuff this summer. We got $300 in donations at the Baronial Reception at Pennsic, which is awesome, but that's only 10% of the cost, so... I am organizing a *silent auction* at Agincourt, and looking for your donations! We need people willing to donate their time and/or skills to make custom items or offer services for bid. The site is small and it's a royal progress, so it will be crowded, meaning we can't have a display table. Instead we'll have sign-up sheets on a wall, and the winners will get the contact information of the donator so you and they can work out the details. If the item is pre-made, it can stay in your vehicle until the end of the event when it can be delivered to the winner. So what can YOU donate? Here are some ideas: - custom item of garb; the winner could pay for the fabric - hand-woven trim - a set of arrows fletched in the recipient's colors; again, you can ask the recipient to cover the cost of supplies - a custom tooled leather item (quiver, bracers, armguard, etc.) - a gourmet meal for however many people you are willing to cook for; the winner could pay for the ingredients - beadwork or embroidery to be added to an existing piece of garb - some number of hours of housecleaning, petsitting, car repairs, etc. Items already being donated: - custom etched glass goblets by Lady Katheryn and Lord Yoshi - a wooden box by Master Ishiyama - custom kumihimo cords by Master Ishiyama - a custom heraldic banner by me Please email me off list if you are willing to donate an item or service. I'd love to hear from at least six people by this weekend, since Agincourt is only 2 weeks away!

Thanks for your generosity!

Arianna
