[SCA-BMDL] May Populace Mtg

The Barony Meeting was moved to 26 May to accommodate War Practice/Curia.
It was on the calendar, but with all of the practices, it is easier to miss
when it's not where expected.

Barony Meeting is typically held the third Sunday of the month (with some
notable, regular, exceptions in January and May). It will be at Washington
Blvd. at 1p.

Both Barony Meeting and the Business Meeting are open to the populace at
large and all are encouraged to attend.
