[SCA-BMDL] February Business Meeting

Oh, I love interest in policy discussions!!

In this case, the people at the Business meeting did discuss the proposed
changes, but it was just a discussion.

Our intrepid and hard-working Seneschale posted the proposed changes to the
website through that link in the blog on Feb 4th and Feb 6th. Namely, the
proposed changes are found here: http://debatablelands.org/blog/?p=2899, by
clicking on the linked page to "proposed policy changes", and the post
published on Feb 4th, here http://debatablelands.org/blog/?p=2896.

I feel it important to note that, when a blog (Storfrettir) post is
published, it is automatically sent to the mailing list using a WordPress
plug in. However, the LINKS in the body of the blog post do not translate
to the email list, other than email addresses. You have to click to view
the post directly to see the links on the blog.

To address Mistress She'erah's question directly, it looks like there is a
weird Microsoft tech thingy at play. Viewing the document from the Feb 4th
post in Word Online did not show the mark-up* of the policy. However, if
you download the document, open it in Word, and (from the Review tab,
Tracking section) change the mark-up from "Simple Markup" to "All Markup",
you can see the proposed changes. (This very thing has caught many of my
mundane work colleagues as we transition to Office 365... it's a Thing
(tm)).

* For that that haven't heard the term, "Mark-ups" are changes to a
document in which old verbiage is crossed out but still legible, and new
verbiage is added in a different color, plus sometimes notes are added to
the side.
