I think the point is that if there are proposed changes these should be available beforehand (and the meeting noted a discussion of proposed changes which raises the question). If there were no proposed changes, why did the agenda note "discussion of proposed policy changes"?

The agenda for this meeting referred to policy changes, but the link was to a full copy of a policy document.  (Current or proposed, I couldn't tell, and I saw no changes called out.)  What policy changes are the officers proposing?

The next Business Meeting for the Barony-Marche of the Debatable Lands will be this Wednesday, 6 February from 8:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. at Allegheny Unitarian Universalist Church (416 W North Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 - map). The Agenda will be:1. Open Meeting2. Approve Meetings from Previous Meeting3. Officer’s Reports4. Review of Policies, discussion of proposed policy changes5. Letters of Intent for Comet Persuivant6. Letters of Intent for A&S Minister7. Close Meeting If you have any additional Agenda items please send them to Odriana at seneschal(at)debatablelands(dot)org. The Officers of the Debatable Lands are elected by the membership and is made up of members of the populace, just like you. The Officers are responsible for ensuring that the policies of the Kingdom and Barony are followed and are accountable to the populace of the Debatable Lands.
