[SCA-BMDL] Heavy fighting practice November 18

[Sir Koredono]

Between the cold weather, the forecast for likely more precipitation during
the afternoon, and how bad / muddy the field looked to me during a quick
drive-by yesterday, armored combat practice is cancelled for today.

Hopefully next week will be better, AFAIK the last practice of the year
before we go indoors for the winter
