When you sit down to start listing every hand, every name, and every heart
that went into planning a Celebration of Twenties years together it starts
out so simply. You never realize that you have more than a hundred persons
named until you see it in print. It becomes overwhelming to see how many
moving pieces were all there behind the scenes being watched, moved,
scheduled, and attended. If we have missed anyone who shared in making
this event the success that it was; please accept our apologies and know
that it was a forgetful mind. Æthelmearc exists because we believe in
something greater than our single actions. Our Kingdom is rich beyond
measure because of our people. Thank you for coming to share your memories!
Please see the names below and know that each one of them was instrumental
in making an unforgettable weekend. Our heartfelt thanks to:

Their Majesties, Gareth and Juliana for looking at financial paperwork and
seeing the life that we wanted to breathe into this event. I hope that our
vision and craft lived up to your expectations. Fall Crown was fought with
honor and skill and we are in capable hands with our Heirs Prince Sven and
Princess Siobhan.

The Kingdom Staff that came in to took over a few list ropes and tables and
turned it into a day of pageantry, combat, heraldry, and entertainment. They
did an incredible job making sure that we looked good, stayed safe, fought
with honor, and laughed together!

The All Saints Camp for entrusting us with their facility and letting us
have more rights and privilege than any other group.

THL Eleanore Godwin ran a charming Arts and Science competition to
highlight the talent of our Kingdom and its endless supply of knowledge,
beauty, and a love of teaching.

THL Alrekr Bergsson led the archers in a day of sport and entertainment
with the assistance of Lord Goffrain Cleireach and Lord Snori skyti
Bjarnson.

THL Julieanna Ravenshaw for seeing to our Thrown Weapons range with her
talented staff of Lady Melodia Beaupel , Caollaidhe, and Colin.

THL Sionn the Lost for teaching Æthelmearc to love dance once more with the
assistance of many musicians and even a few choir members! He’ll be
traveling to an event near you; stop being a wallflower, go dance.

Lady Alysoun of the Debatable Lands for sharing her knowledge of brewing
and encouraging us to learn how to fill more bottles.

The Debatable Choir for their voices lifted in songs of love for our Sylvan
Kingdom and its people.

Lady Edana the Red for creating a pewter token worthy of the occasion that
we can look upon it and recall our best days together as one Kingdom with
many talents and passions. And for running a personal fundraiser for their
Majesties travel expenses and the Pewter Guild. Cheers to the Pewter Guild
giving their half of the proceeds to their Majesties. Thanks to Lady Rivka
bat Daniyal and Baroness Hildarun Hugelmann for taking those tokens about
the site and see them sold as Lady Edana was called out of town.

THL Donnchadh Dubh Ghlas for bring a new Challenge to the Cut and Trust
Community; go out and take that Brass Crescent for yourself!

THL Ru Cavorst seeing to the Rapier Community and leading them in various
activities to keep our heads as sharp and ready for the tournament season
to come! Not to mention setting up the crown list in the rain Friday night.

Lady Arthes MacLeod & Lord Alistair MacLeod took on Day Shade Coordinating
for the Crown Tournament and stayed on the list field all day to help if
any aid was needed.

THL Aaliz de Gant looking after the Equestrians even in a split and unable
to ride herself with the hands; our Marshals - Baron Rhiannon, Mistress
Ysabeau Tierclin, THL Meave ni

Suirtain, and Tora no-Shia no Gozen. James of Hartstone and Lady Raghnailt
in Eich took on the task of Equestrian Grounds Crew. And our Processional
guides Gesa von Wellenstein, Siele, and Vicount Alexander Caithnes of Wyk.

THL Ottilige von Rappoltsweiler for making what I can only describe as the
most delicious feast that ever made me want to keep eating after the fourth
remove. Even wafer thin was too much before we saw the parade of cakes. Yes,
parade of cakes! She had an astounding number of hands helping keep things
organized, tidy, and on time. The Dish and Cleanup crew: Caillenne
MacCoinnach, Leah of Newcastle, Master Alastair, Mistress Constance Waite,
and Don of Hunters Home. A few servers lead by THL Elss of Augsburg , Lady
Alysoun of the Debatable Lands, THL Rufina Saavedra. So many people
working to prepare that meal that I am uncertain how they all fit in that
kitchen! - Ciar inghean u Chrotaigh, Evelyn of Stormsport, Hailey Sarafina
(Erin Hannon), Leila of Stormsport, Levi of Stormsport, Mistress Rynea von
Ingen, Lady Melodia Beaupel .

Lord Cionaodh mac Eamoinn who was seen doing a lot of heavy lifting,
moving, cleaning; and all that kind of thing that must happen at an event;
even staying to the bitter end to help clean up site. He did a great job
helping us make the thing go!

Master Creador Twinedragon for being ever multi-talented, offering
guidance, laughter, sanity checks, hands for the lunch cook and tear down
of lunch service.

THL Hara Kikomatsu for taking per-registration, being our head troll,
coordinating the cabin spaces and the feast slots. It’s a lot to keep
spreadsheets on and she did a fantastic job. Right in the thick of it with
here were Countess Genevive du Vent Argent and Master Alaric MacConnal. And
all those site tokens were put together by THL Elss of Augsburg and the
Debatablelands A&S Night.

Lord Robert Pour Maintenant who organized fighting for those not fighting
in Crown and seeing to all the necessary safety elements for fighting; who
helped set up the crown lists, cleaned up site at the very end. When does
he stop working?

Mistress Elsbeth Ann Rothe who travels the Kingdom with books and knowledge
to share on Heraldry; thank you for taking the time to help us get names
submitted and arms passed. Thank you to Mistress Myfanwy ferch Rhiannon
for taking the time to draw and color more sets of arms than anyone else
could imagine.

Mistress Ts'vee'a bas Tseepora Levi who stepped in to help coordinate a
Display of the Kingdom’s history and for the Memorial Wall that she helped
share with us so that our friends are never far from our hearts and happy
memories; and the help of Mistress Cori Ghora and Lady Maggie Rue.

Countess Alexandra of Clan Donald prepared a photo gallery of our Kings and
Queens while coordinating our Royal Guests comfort, and preparing a
pavilion for the Lady of the Rose and our Populace which was set up and
taken down by Count Andrew MacFarglan.

Mistress Illadore de Bedegrayne who may never tell me that she is up for
ANY challenge again but prepared a sumptuous lunch for all four hundred in
attendance and still had food to send away! She had more hands than one
can count helping out, but let me try. THL Luceta Di Cosimo prepared
escarbuncle shortbread cookies and sent them to site for lunch. Those in
the kitchen were Aurelie nic Turnear, Baron Leo Dietrich, Master Brian of
Leichester called Scoop, THL Minamoto no Taikawa Saiako, Mistress Juliana

Rosalia Dolce da Siena, Mistress Margaret MaKafee, Mistress Sthurrim
Caithness, THL Padraig O'Branduibh. There were many hands serving on the
field and cleaning in the upper hall too - Lady Nicola Beese, Duncan of
Steltonwald, Isabella of Steltonwald, Lady Kattera Doplerin, Master Alastar
Scott MacCrummin, Mistress Myfanwy ferch Rhiannon,

Lady Dorothea Stark Shutz, Ariel, Lady Fuji'na Dono no Takako, Lord Gunther
Schwartzrosen, Lord Ronan O'Connal, Jobe of the DebatableLands, Master
Clewin Kupferhelbelinc, and Duke Timothy of Arindale. In every kitchen
there has to be a few that do EVERYTHING and for us those two men were Lord
Robert MacEwin, Drotinn Jorundr hinn Rotinn. They cleaned, they cooked,
they served, and they ate. When that was done, they did dishes and stayed
for site cleanup!

Speaking of men that go above and beyond it would be impossible to overlook
these stout hearts and their efforts to keep us moving on with the day and
having fun; Baron

Cormacc Mac Gilla Brigde, Lord Eustacious di Mecina and Lord Tassin Treseol.
They tackled signs, parking, set up, kitchen work, cleaning up food stuffs,
washing dishes, emptying dehumidifiers, moving every table and chair to its
right location and back again, and lived to tell about it! Their efforts
were truly awesome.

Lady Zianna beguy urdina de Zabaleta who prepared for us a Friday evening
Traveler’s Repast that was pretty tasty! Not to mention that delightful
Shepard’s pie from Lee of the Debatable Lands & His Father. You’re going
to start seeing some repeat servers here in the kitchens… Mistress Odriana
vander Brugghe, Lord Halfdan Drake Rauthkinn, Ulf Halfdanssdon, Alva
Halfdansdottir , Lady Alethea Cowle, and Lord Edward of Freeholt aka Big Ed
or Edward the Fixer. If any man in the Kingdom has washed more dishes than
Edward of Freeholt, I would be truly dumbfounded. He never complained,
never moved, never stopped. He is a force to behold!

Those who stay at the end of your party are either those who had too much
fun or those friends that help you clean up after everyone had too much
fun; Baron Brandubh O'Donnghaile, Baroness Hildarun Hugelmann and Mistress
Gwendolyn the Graceful stuck in there to help us get things back to right.

Master Kameshima Zentaro Umakai who had countless emails asking for updates
and corrections to our website!

Mistress Arianna of Wynthrope who is always seen with a flock of children
that are not her own and teaching them to do honorable combat! We cannot
thank you enough for organizing the Youth Rattan fighters, crown list
runners, and sparring partners - Master Jussie Laplein, Fox, Frytz, Gabor,
Sylvia and Mistress Fredeburg (they were a tag-team for list running!),
Jasmine, Master Morien MacBain, THL Friedrich Flussmullner.  Not to forget;
Master Kieran MacRae prepared an invitation scroll that was mailed to one
of our four closest neighboring Kingdoms and came to spar with our Youth
Combatants! And the every serving Lady Ceindrich merch Elidir prepared
three invitation scrolls for neighboring Kingdoms, assisted with running
Youth Heavy Fighting, and stayed to Cleanup Site.

Yours in Service,
THL Muirgheal inghean Dubhghaill and Baroness Elena da la Palma

p.s.

I want to thank Baroness Elena de la Palma, my co-autocrat and second brain
with whom I plotted, schemed, and downloaded all the many ways we could
plan to make the event move as smoothly as possible and then switched to
plan b or c or… until the event was done. It was a pleasure working with
her and I look forward to doing it again sometime, but maybe with a ladies
night out or three before that.
