[SCA-BMDL] New Post On Storfrettir: Introduction

Unto the Barony, greetings from Kameshima Webminister!

Again, my apologies for the confusion surrounding the lack of an author's
name paired to Stórfréttir posts sent to this mailing list. While waiting
for the post author to implement this feature, I have implemented it
manually. Posts made to Stórfréttir should now include a "Posted by:" and
the author's name.
