Greetings from Myfanwy!
If someone is sick you do NOT working that person working with or around food.  There are a lot of things that are sufficiently contagious that if you have someone potentially working around food who has that [whatever] it actually has to be reported to the Health Department.  And even if someone just has a cold, you don’t want that person working doing food prep.  (Yes, I’m kinda repeating myself, but it's *that* important….)
I had to sit there during my last refresher exam muttering under my breath “Okay, I THINK norovirus is now one of the reportable ones, so that eliminates two  potential answers off the bat…."
