[SCA-BMDL] Youth Fighting moved to the Castle in Wexford today

As with all of the other martial practices, Youth Combat is moving to the
Castle in Wexford today. Barony meeting/garb swap starts at 1, youth
fighting at 2, I'm guessing in the Great Hall but we'll see how things go.
