[SCA-BMDL] Sunday Heavy Practice - Location Change

Greetings heavy fighters.  This Sunday's practice will be moving to the
Environmental Charter School, 829 Milton Ave, Milton Ave, Pittsburgh, PA
15218.  The Barony Meeting will be held at 1:30, with practice to begin at
the conclusion of the meeting.

We're going to add some more structure to practice so that it is more
conducive to learning.  Please be in armor by 2:15.  We'll warm up with a
footwork drill, followed by some stretching.  Later on in the practice
we'll do a mini-class on developing speed in our techniques.
