[SCA-BMDL] Heavy fight practice

There will be heavy fight practice on Sunday, beginning at 2 PM at the
Washington Boulevard site.  We'll plan more teaching in addition to regular
pickups, so please try to be in armor by 2:15.  There will be loaner armor
available.  We've had some rain, so please check online for updates as the
ground conditions of the park are checked.
