[SCA-BMDL] Crown Tournament Request for Help: Retainers & Guards

Greetings to the Barony Marche of the Debatable Lands from Countess
Genevieve, Reign Coordinator for Their Majesties Byron and Ariella.

Crown Tournament is tomorrow, Saturday, May 7th, in the Barony of
Delftwood.  The site is: Wildwood Sports Center, 5740 Fikes Rd, Memphis, NY
13112

I know that many of you may already be participating as combatants,
consorts, running lists, heralding, serving as scribes, etc. but if you
have some extra time during the day, we could really use your help in
supporting Their Majesties during the day as Retainers and Guards.  Please
contact TRM's Co-Head Retainers, Her Ladyship Elss (
elss.of.augsburg at gmail.com) or Master Alaric (alaric at pobox.com) or catch
them during the event, if you are available to help.

8:00 - Site Opens (Dayshade setup, Reign Staff decorate Royal Pavilion)
9:00 - Gate Opens
9:30 - Pelican Meeting with TRM [inside]
9:30 - Fighter/Consort Pictures
10:00 - A&S Display & Group History Competition open [inside]
10:30 - Processional of Crown List entrants & consorts
11:30 - Crown Tournament Begins
          - Lunch (Passed out & with Hawkers, when processional ends)
          - Bardic Entertainment Corner* Opens (closed during Semis &
Finals)
~ 3:00 - Tournament ends
"Immediately After the Tourney":
     - Kingdom Officers Meeting with new Royal Heirs (brief intros, Royal
pavilion)
Next (or 3:00pm):
  - Chivalry Meeting with King & Prince (on the field)
  - Ladies of the Rose & Garnet Meeting with Queen & Princess
    (LOR Escort from Royal pavilion to Duchess Gabrielle's pavilion)

3:30 - TRM, Signet & Heralds Court Prep [inside]

  3:30 - A&S Display & Group History Competition Closes
  3:45 - New Event Registration Policy Q&A [inside]

4:00 - Muster for Court
4:30 - Court

After Court:
  - Transfer some of Heirs Regalia to New Heirs
  - Tear-down & pack-up TRM's Regalia and gear

7:00 - Event Closes
8:00 - Site Closes
