[SCA-BMDL] Washington Blvd practice site

There are some downed trees and debris at the Washington Blvd practice site
and Baron Durr is looking for some assistance with clearing that. This is
pretty last minute and on Easter to boot, but if you have a little time,
please consider heading down to Washington Blvd. to give him a hand. He's
there now and will probably be there for a couple more hours.
