[SCA-BMDL] A New Seneschal

Greetings All!

At the February 17th Officer's Meeting we selected Mistress Odriana as our
new Seneschal.  Please join me in welcoming her to the office.  I will be
working with Odriana over the coming weeks to ensure an orderly transition.
