[SCA-BMDL] Officer's Meeting CANCELLED

Tonight's Officer's Meeting is CANCELLED!!!!

This morning we were made aware of a visit to CMU's campus by Hilary Rodham
Clinton that will be today at 6:00 p.m. This pretty much makes parking on
or near campus impossible and we were unable to find an acceptable
alternate venue with such short notice.

We will be rescheduling this meeting for next week on CMU's campus from
8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The location will be announced within the next
couple of days.

If you were submitting a budget request tonight, please send that to the
Seneschal, Odriana, via email (seneschal at debatablelands.org). The Officers
can then review those requests in advance of next week. This is
particularly important if you will be unable to attend the rescheduled
meeting. There will be no vote before the meeting to allow additional
commentary by the populace.

We apologize for any inconvenience and for the short notice. If you have
any questions or need more information, please contact the Seneschal
directly.
