[SCA-BMDL] Debatable Lands October Officer's Meeting

Greetings All!

The October Officer's Meeting is on October 7th at 8pm in Porter A81A on
CMU Campus.  The doors to the building lock at 8pm so please plan to arrive
before then.

My deputy, Isabel, will be running the meeting as I'll be out of town on
business that week.  We have a lot of upcoming events including one (and
possibly two) new event bids.

Remember, if you are unable to attend, please either send a proxy or send
your report to the Seneschal (seneschal at debatablelands.org).
