[SCA-BMDL] Court Report Uilliam Archers to the Wald 3 October AS 50

Here begins the report of the Court of Uilliam, Baron of the Barony-Marche
of the Debatable Lands, at Archers to the Wald in the Canton of
Steltonwald, 3 October AS L, Drotinn Jorundr hinn Rotinn, Comet Pursuivant,
reporting.

His Excellency wished to take a moment of silence to remember our lost
friends.

Lady Ingunn Halldorsdottir wished to take a moment to thank all the staff
that helped make the event work. In addition it has been 4 years since she
became Master Robert Marston's protege, to commemorate this she presented
him with a special merit badge, as he is a boy scout leader.

This day Lord Magnus Bastiano de Vigo ran a tournament to determine his
successor as archery champion. From a field of 12 archers one emerged
victorious, Mestari Urho Walterinen, who triumphed over Lady Anora
Deuleghan by a mere half inch.

Mestari Urho assisted Finneas to determine his successor this day as youth
archery champion. Baren proved victorious in that tournament.

THL Deryk Archer ran a Highlander Tournament, the one left standing at the
end was Lord Caden Buri.

Master Alaric MacConnal ran a jewel shoot, where Lord Takamatsu Yoshitaka
emerged victorious.

Lord Alrekr Bergsson ran a roving range where vicious faeries had taken
over the land, the one who fought back with the most skill, was THL Juan
Miguel.

Master Donnan MacDubhsidhe ran his archery, fencing combined shoot once
again this year, featuring groups fighting against villainous bandits who
had overrun their village, the most successful resistors was the team of
Maestro Jacopo di Niccolo and Lord Magnus Bastiano de Vigo.

Maistir Brandubh O'Donnaighle wished to thank all the marshals who ran
shoots and helped to set up ranges for the event this day, even though the
weather didn't cooperate with all those plans. Brandubh further wished to
recognize some archers in the Barony who have increased their royal round
average and achieved a new rank. Arthus McCleod achieved the rank of Archer
by submitting an average. Lady Anora Deuleghan, Alistair McCleod, and
Mistress Arianna of Wynthrope reached the rank of Bowman, carrying an
average between 60 and 80. In addition Lady Ghalyla bint Joseph achieved
the rank of Bowman on the adult range.

His Excellency wished to have words with Lady Cionnadh Gunn. It has reached
his notice that she is often seen working. She has held officer positions
in the Canton of Steltonwald, she has assitted with running War Practice
for years and just finished autocrating it twice, and she cooks tasty food
at many events. As His Excellency likes all these things it was his

His Excellency wished to have a moment of silence for Kim Dietz, a Lady
from An Tir who sacrificed herself to contain a school shooter.

His Excellency wished all a good evening and thanked them all for coming.
