[SCA-BMDL] War Practice Baronial Court

[Liam and Constance]

Unto the great populace of the Barony Marche do Liam and Constance send
greetings:

Last evening in our court at War Practice, we announced our intent to step
down as your Baron and Baroness. This was not a decision that was easy for
us because we greatly love this barony.

Master Alaric will soon announce the process as things go forward. It has
been a great pleasure serving you all and we shall continue to serve until
the election and elevation of our heirs.
