Good gentles,

I thought I would try this at the local level before bothering the
entire Kingdom list with this query.

I am trying to get in touch with Avitoria Vidua who, it seems, lives in
the Barony of Carolingia in the East Kingdom. She was at Ice Dragon, and
I would have liked to speak with her, but I did not get a chance.
