[SCA-BMDL] FIghting Practice 06/21/15

Update: Given that archery was just cancelled due to poor field
conditions, I think it prudent to cancel fighting as well, given that
we need to be more mobile, and have a greater chance in incurring
injuries from bad ground conditions; we don't need anyone getting
injured, getting into the pre-Pennsic martial swing of things.
