[SCA-BMDL] Debatable Lands Baronial Election AS 50 - Call for Nominations

Unto the amazing populace of the Debatable Lands, greetings from Alaric!


The Selection Committee for the upcoming Baronial Elections has been formed
with the following members:


Alaric (Chair), Liam, Constance, Fuji, and Janos (with Ceindrich as an
alternate)


Now that it has been formed Alaric is accepting nominations for Baron and /
or Baroness.  Nominations may

be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) to Alaric (see below for
contact information) no later than the

Nominating Meeting, which is at the July 12th Barony Meeting, held in
conjunction with the martial activities.

Nominations may also be made by voice at the nominating meeting.

requirements to be Baron and / or Baroness.

See Article VII.G.3 in the Baronial Policies for information about the
nominating meeting.

See Article VII.G.1 in the Baronial Policies for information on eligible
voters.

mailing address with the SCA

Corporate Office as we will be using the address that they provide to mail
the ballots.  If you feel that you are

eligible to receive a ballot and might not otherwise receive one (per
VII.G.1) you must request a ballot *no later *

*than the Nominating Meeting (July 12th).  *These requests can be sent by

Please include your modern name, SCA name, email address, and mailing
address for each individual

requesting a ballot as the ballots will be mailed via USPS.  The email
address will be used to respond that
