[SCA-BMDL] Fencing Sunday 7/12

Greetings,

Fencing practice will begin immediately following the barony meeting this
week.

You must have your primary authorization before you arrive at Pennsic which
means that you only have two more Sunday practices to get it in. You can
continue to get secondary authorizations at Pennsic provided you finish the
authorization before you enter a melee or tournament with the form.

Going forward there will be practice next Sunday July 19.

We will not be having practice the next three weeks for Pennsic, and will
resume regularly scheduled practices August 16.
