[SCA-BMDL] BUDGET - send budget requests ahead of time to speed up the process

The annual budget meeting for the Barony is this Wednesday. If you have 
items that the Barony should cover, please send your proposed budget to 
me ahead of the meeting so I can prepare the estimates. This makes for a 
much smoother (faster) budget meeting. Send them to 
exchequer at debatablelands.org before 5pm on Wednesday OR you will need to 
present them yourself at the meeting.
