[SCA-BMDL] Budget requests please. Send BEFORE the officers budget meeting, if possible

Wednesday, April 2, is the annual budget meeting. If you anticipate that 
you will have expenses that the Barony should pay for this coming year, 
please submit them to the exchequer ahead of time, if possible, so that 
I can have them ready for the budget meeting. Send them to 
exchequer at debatable.org. Having the request ahead of time allows me to 
present the information quickly to everyone.  You may have an 
appropriate budget request even if you are not an officer. You are also 
welcome to attend this meeting.
