[SCA-BMDL] Fencing Practice Sunday

[Tym Kogen]

There will be fencing practice this Sunday starting at 1pm.

This year there is no cut-off for primary authorizations for Rapier before
Pennsic so long as you get authorized before you arrive at Pennsic.
Secondary authorizations have no cut-off.
