[SCA-BMDL] Our new BMDL Knight Marshal!

  As my term as Knight Marshal has come to an end, I am excited that our
own Baron Liam MacantSaoir is now our Knight Marshal!

   Liam has served as a Deputy Knight Marshal for the past 3 years, and we
all know his readiness to serve and his care for others. He has run
multiple regional musters and has encouraged and fostered work to expand
the baronies fighting program and relationships with neighboring groups,
growing us as an army to be reckoned with.  He will continue to bring these
strengths to his leadership of weekly practices.  This demonstrates his
commitment to help us grow as an army, and through the renewal of monthly
tournaments, we will also continue to grow as individual fighters (and he
brings some other ideas to that effort as well).

   I'm an honored to have had the opportunity to serve our great barony as
Knight Marshal for the past year (and as a deputy before that), and am glad
to see the role taken up by one who is so committed to serving well by
leading well.  Join me in welcoming Baron Liam as our Knight Marshal!
