[SCA-BMDL] Officers' Meeting Wednesday 10/2 8pm

We're going to experiment with something a little different at tonight's meeting. We're going to try set up a Google Plus (G+) Hangout at 8pm. 
I make no guarantees that it will work, but if you're interested in attending the online hangout, you'll need a Google Plus account. You can find the Debatable Lands G+ Community from www.debatablelands.org. Click on the red G+ icon in the left contents bar. Once you're there, comment on the post about the Hangout, and I'll invite you to it when the time comes.
Again, if there are technical difficulties, no guarantees! Of course, you're always welcome to attend in person, too!

Hello, just a quick reminder that Officers' Meeting is this Wednesday, Oct 2nd, at 8pm. We'll be on CMU's campus as usual, in Porter Hall A18B. 
Agenda includes:Officers' reports,Event Updates (past and upcoming),Event bids, if any, and Voting on the Office of Knight Marshal.
Letters of Intent for Knight Marshal should be emailed to me and Lady Cynewyn, our current Knight Marshal (knightmarshal at debatablelands.org), before the meeting - by tomorrow, preferably. 
As always, Officers' Meetings are open to all, and all are welcome. Let me know if you need directions. If you get there after 8pm, the doors may be locked. Bring a phone and call me in that case, and we'll send someone to let you in. 412-606-6258.
