Hilda, If you are talking about the Kingdom Shield of Chivalry  It  indeed made by Lord Mark the Potted  Shamrock.  It  was first presented to Morgan of Sheridan. Mark Gleeson has not been active in years but still lives in Oakmont.   I can contact him if you want to talk to him.
