[SCA-BMDL] Fencing practice cancelled for Feb 17

Fencing practice this Sunday, Feb 17 is cancelled. I will be coming back from an event in Thescorre and no other rapier marshal has volunteered to supervise the practice. See everyone at the regional practice in Wexford on the 24th.
