[SCA-BMDL] ARR, MATEYS! BMDL Youth Combat Practice this Sunday

Greetings to all youth fighters and their parents!

AVAST, ye scurvy dogs! In honor of next week's Talk Like a Pirate Day (Sept. 19), youth fighter practice this week will feature boat battles! Bring your best pirate imitations and plan to board or be boarded! No eye patches or rum while fighting, please. :-)

BMDL Youth Fighter practice will be held this Sunday from 2-5pm at Washington Blvd. The weather is supposed to be partly sunny with a high of 73 - great fighting weather again!

Remember that you can also participate in archery and thrown weapons on Sunday mornings! Shooting and throwing begin at 11am at the Washington Blvd. site. No equipment needed, both marshals have loaner gear. Baronial champions at both activities will be held in one month, at Archers to the Wald in Steltonwald on October 13, so start practicing now!

Oct. 7 - practice at Washington Blvd.
Oct. 14- NO PRACTICE, tourney at Archers to the Wald on Saturday!
