[SCA-BMDL] Agincourt Feast and Clean-Up Thank Yous

I send out the greatest of appreciation and a huge THANK YOU to all of the
people who helped with the Agincourt feast and for those who stayed to help
clean up the kitchen.

Without you, the feast could not have happened. Your hard work is greatly
appreciated by not only me, but by each person who ate the feast.

If I have managed to miss someone, this is not a reflection on you, it is
entirely a reflection on my failing to get your name written down. Please
let me know if I have failed to include you so that I may thank you not
only personally, but publicly.
