[SCA-BMDL] Tidings from the East Kingdom

Yesterday at East Kingdom Southern Region War Practice Doña Sol la Cantor  
(formerly Esmeralda la Sabia) received a writ for the Order of the Laurel.  
Vivat!!!

Vigil and elevation to happen at Pennsic. The vigil is currently planned  
for Tuesday evening of war week. East Kingdom court is on Wednesday of war  
week.
